Dalmatica Event Solutions (Europan d.o.o.) offers rental services for hospitality equipment subject to the following terms of business:

Delivery
- We deliver throughout Croatia.
- Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 15:00.
- Delivery prices are determined based on the delivery location, weight, and volume of the ordered products.
- Orders received by 12:00 can be delivered the next business day, unless specific requirements necessitate a longer preparation time.
- All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT.
- Prices apply for a 24 hour rental period starting from the time of delivery.
- To extend the rental period, you must contact our team in a timely manner to arrange terms and additional costs.
- The customer is responsible for returning the equipment in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- In case of damage or loss of equipment, we reserve the right to charge for repair, replacement, or the full value of the damaged equipment, as per the current price list.
- The customer must inspect the equipment upon pickup and report any damages or deficiencies.
- The equipment must be returned clean and in proper condition. If the equipment is returned unclean, we reserve the right to charge cleaning fees.
- Payment can be made by credit card during the order process or in cash upon pickup.

• Diners sigurna kupnja - For online payments, we use CorvusPay, a secure card transaction processing system. For more information on security, refer to the "Online Payment Security Statement."
Liability and Damages
- The customer assumes responsibility for the safekeeping and proper use of rented equipment.
- In case of damage, loss, or non-return of equipment, we reserve the right to charge for repair, replacement, or the full market value of the equipment.
- The equipment is not insured against damage caused by improper handling or accidental incidents caused by the customer.
- Orders can be canceled at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- For cancellations within 24 hours of delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 50 percent of the total order value.
- Changes to orders are possible by prior agreement, depending on equipment availability.
- Dalmatica Event Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms of business without prior notice.
- We will strive to resolve any disputes arising from the use of our services amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved before the competent court in Zadar.
